Is a deposit required for my stay, and what is the amount?

A security deposit of $100 minimum is required at check-in. If your stay exceeds two nights, an additional $50 per day will be added. This deposit is refundable upon check-out if everything is in good standing.
Are there any extra charges I should be aware of aside from taxes?
